Insert the Power Plug into the electrical outlet.

Is the Water Tank filled with water?
Pour water into the Water Tank.
Is the Water Tank set correctly?
Set the Water Tank correctly.
When scale accumulates inside the pipes and other parts, hot water may not be dispensed smoothly. In that case, perform citric acid cleaning.
Hot water is not dispensed smoothly and brewing speed is slow.

Coffee grounds overflow from the Basket Coffee Filter.
Is finely-ground coffee being used?
Please do not use finely-ground coffee.
Is too much ground coffee being used?
Please reduce the amount of ground coffee.
Depending on the type of coffee or Basket Coffee Filter being used, coffee grounds may overflow from the Basket Coffee Filter. In this case, reduce the amount of coffee grounds. If coffee grounds continue to overflow, please contact Zojirushi Customer Service or visit.
The coffee is not hot (the Glass Carafe is not retaining heat properly).
Is the KEEP WARM mode set to “OFF” or "LOW”?
Set the KEEP WARM mode to “HI” or “MED”.
“AM7:00” is blinking on the Display when the Power Plug is inserted.
The built-in lithium battery is running out. Readjust the clock to use the product in a normal manner. To replace the lithium battery, contact the store where you purchased the product or Zojirushi Customer Service. (There will be a charge for the service.)
