Does the display show an error or do the indicator lights come on? This indicates that there is a malfunction with one of the elements of the coffee machine. The table lists error codes and a descriptions of the problem. Fix the problem on your own or contact the service center.
Fixing a Water Tank Error
Normally, this error appears when a user is trying to launch a cycle without filling the reservoir with water. However, if there is water in the tank, but the error won’t go, there has to be a problem. The solution is simple.
Fill Water Tank Error On A Jura
Take the water reservoir out of the machine and empty it. There will be a water level float indicator at the bottom. Use a paper clip to free the float indicator.
Refill the water tank and make sure the float is free. Put the reservoir back in its place and provide yourself a cup of coffee!

(The effect is only visible after making 2 coffees). If delivery is still too slow, repeat the correction procedure, turning the grinding adjustment knob another click until delivery is correct. | |

EMPTY GROUNDS CONTAINER! | • The grounds container is too full or more than 3 days have passed since you last made coffee (this guarantees correct hygiene of the machine). | • Empty the grounds container and clean, then replace. Important: when removing the drip tray, the grounds container MUST be emptied, even if it is not completely full. If this is not done, when you make the next coffees, the grounds container may fill up more than expected and clog the machine. |
