This error code appears when the sachet gets jammed. The solution is very easy. Do the following steps:

1. Disconnect the power
2. Open the slot of the sachet
3. Hold the machine’s top with one hand, hold it tight, put the other hand beneath the tea/coffee spout
4. Pull hard at the front of the machine until it comes off. Do not worry: it is designed this way
5. Look inside the unit and remove the freshpack – the exact cause of the issue.
6. Put the front back in its place and continue to enjoy your drinks.
